What does "Trade partners always free" mean?
Trade Partner portal access is bundled in your subscription. Every trade partner you invite gets a free login forever. They can use it to view assigned tasks, acknowledge plans, submit invoices, and download their 1099-NEC. We never charge trade partners. Period.
What happens when I hit the AI walk cap?
Walks still record locally on the phone and queue. Owner gets a push notification. One-tap top-up adds 300 walks for $20. Queued walks process automatically once the top-up clears. You never lose a recording.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Stripe handles proration. Upgrade or downgrade in Settings → Billing. Your data stays the same; only feature gates change.
Free trial details?
30 days, no credit card required, full feature access. Beta builders skip the trial — free for 6 months instead.
Is annual billing available?
Yes — 2 months free if you pay annually upfront (~17% savings). Available on Standard, Pro, and Enterprise.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get 30 days to export everything (per GDPR + standard SaaS practice). After that, data is deleted. Closed-job archive zips remain downloadable indefinitely while account is active. We never silently keep or train AI models on your data — see Privacy Policy.
