When you register for Lotwright, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers — payment data is held entirely by Stripe.

Data you create is shared with other members of your Lotwright organization according to their assigned role (Owner, Admin, Superintendent). Trade Partners see only the data scoped to their trade and assignments — never pricing, margins, or other trades' information.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lotwright, our users, or others.
We implement security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including:
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we maintain reasonable and appropriate safeguards given the nature of the data.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal obligations and dispute resolution. Plan delivery records and audit trails are retained permanently (they may be needed years after a job closes). You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at corey@greatergracedigital.com.
Voice walk audio recordings are processed through OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Audio files are deleted from Lotwright's storage after the transcript is generated (within 24 hours of upload). The transcript itself is retained as part of the job record. You should obtain appropriate consent from any person recorded during a site walk as required by your state's recording laws. Lotwright displays a two-party consent notice for states that require it.
The Lotwright application uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Our analytics provider (PostHog) uses anonymized event data — no cross-site tracking.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
